Six-axis robotic arm,
desktop scale.

Designed in Fusion 360 and fabricated from laser-cut aluminum plus 3D-printed PLA. Servo-driven, with inverse kinematics solved on an Arduino Mega. Picks and places objects under 200g with ±2mm repeatability.

Carbon-fiber quadcopter frame.

Led a 4-person team to design, simulate, and laser-cut a 250mm racing frame. Topology-optimized the arms for crash tolerance, dropping weight 18% while keeping stiffness. Placed 2nd at the state drone racing qualifier.

Single-cylinder engine,
reverse-engineered.

Reverse-modeled a 50cc Honda GX50 from caliper measurements, then ran thermal and stress simulations under load. Final assembly: 142 unique parts, fully constrained. Submitted as final project — received the department's "Most Thorough Documentation" note.

Telemetry visualizer
for F1 data.

Pulls public FastF1 data and renders speed, throttle, and gear traces in an interactive web dashboard. Built with a Python/FastAPI backend and a React + D3 frontend. Roughly 3,000 users since launch.

IoT greenhouse monitor.

ESP32 reading soil moisture and DHT22 sensors, pushing to a live dashboard over MQTT. Won "Best Hardware Hack" at HackNE 2023 out of 80 teams.

Pathfinding algorithm playground.

Interactive visualizer for A*, Dijkstra, and BFS — written in vanilla JS, no frameworks. Used as a study tool by ~30 classmates during finals week.
